Mel Kroon (1957) was appointed to the Supervisory Board of Eneco on 24 March 2020 and reappointed on 1 April 2024.

Mel Kroon was CEO of many different companies with a workforce of up to 4,000 over a period of 21 years. Between 1984 and 2018 he worked for Fokker Aircraft N.V., Holec B.V., SNS Reaal B.V. and TenneT Holding B.V. (in that order). Mel Kroon is Officer of the Order of Orange-Nassau.
