- Safe and Inclusive Workplace: creating safe spaces where colleagues can share experiences, find support, and build networks.
- Processes and Structures: contributing to inclusive policies, such as non-discrimination guidelines and equal benefits. Eneco also participates in the Workplace Pride Global Benchmark to continuously improve inclusivity.
- Community Engagement: collaborating with external organizations, joining events, and exchanging best practices with other companies.
